Tired of worn or leaking factory intercooler boots? Then you may need this Riff Raff Diesel complete intercooler boot kit that consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.

You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3″ on all years so you don’t even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
Also offering Early 99 7.3 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2″ plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3″ plenum intake.
